9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensym's liability to you is limited as follows:

10. Termination

How accounts can be terminated and what happens to your data

Account Termination

  • By us: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Data retention: You have 30 days to export your data after termination
  • Permanent deletion: After 30 days, data is permanently deleted

Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that engage in illegal activities, violate privacy laws, or pose security risks to our platform or other users.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, unless you are a consumer in the EU with stronger local protections.
