Payment method, invoices and cancellation.
Open Billing from the Studio navigation to see your plan, usage and subscription details.
Payment details and invoices
For a self-managed paid subscription, choose Manage billing to open the billing portal. Use that portal for payment details, invoices and cancellation. The Billing page also has an invoices section; open an invoice to inspect its payment record.
Use Change plan to review an upgrade, downgrade or billing-cycle change. Read the amount and effective date shown before confirming: the current portal describes your particular subscription.
Cancellation
Follow the cancellation flow in the portal, then return to Billing and check the resulting status and end date. Do not assume closing the browser cancels a subscription.
Plans managed by Lensym
Some plans are assigned or managed by the Lensym team. Their Billing page directs you to contact support instead of offering self-service subscription changes.
If the portal or invoices fail to open, retry and then use Contact. Include the issue and account email, but never a password or full payment-card details.
