Building surveys

Adding questions

Two ways to add a question: select to append, or drag to place it exactly.

Open the question library with + in the editor header. It contains question types and the Section Node and Content Node building blocks.

  1. Use + to open the question library.
  2. Search for a question type by name.
  3. Select a type to add it, or drag it into position.
Local example with fictional survey content.

Choose a type

Browse the groups or search the library. Select a type to add it, or drag it onto the canvas when you want to choose its position explicitly.

Write the content

Select the new node and use Content in the right panel. Give it a meaningful title before moving on to its settings.

Check its position

Review the list order or the graph's solid path. Drag the node to reorder it if needed. Preview any conditional paths affected by the change.

A survey always has one Start and one End node. You edit those existing nodes rather than adding new ones. See sections for grouping related questions.
