Deleting a response | Lensym Docs

You can permanently remove an individual submission from Analytics → Responses. Owners, Admins and Editors can delete responses; Viewers cannot.

Check the response number, completion status and timestamp.
The trash button opens the deletion confirmation. Read it before deciding whether to delete.

Find the correct response

Open its details and check the answers and timestamp. Do not identify someone by a row number alone.

Open the response actions

Choose the delete action and read the confirmation.

Confirm only when ready

Deletion removes the response from the survey's data. Refresh the relevant analytics view to see the remaining dataset.

Deletion cannot be undone

There is no response trash or restore action. If you need a copy for an authorised purpose, export it before deleting. Previously downloaded files are separate copies and are not changed by deleting a response in Lensym.
