Exporting or deleting your account

Account data export and response export serve different purposes. The account export is a ZIP archive of account-related data; Analytics exports are for working with a survey's completed responses.

Export your account data

Open Account → Data & privacy → Export. Review what is included and select Start export. When preparation finishes, choose Download ZIP.

The dialog lists profile information, created surveys, responses and subscription details. Personal data in collected responses is redacted in this account export. Use Analytics → Export when you need an authorised survey dataset.

Delete your account

Choose Delete account under Data & privacy. Read the warning, continue to the confirmation, and enter the requested phrase and your password only when you intend to close the account.

Account deletion is permanent

The deletion flow removes your account and owned survey data. Export anything you are authorised to retain first, and review the subscription consequences shown in the dialog. There is no undo.
