Inviting collaborators
Add someone to a survey by email.
Collaboration is set up separately for each survey. The person you invite must already have a Lensym account with the email address you use.
Open sharing
In the survey editor, choose Share → Share.Choose the person and role
Enter their account email and select Admin, Editor or Viewer. Review roles and permissions before granting access.Send the invitation
Ask the person to accept the invitation while signed in to the matching account. Invitations expire after seven days.Check membership
Pending invitations show a clock icon. Once accepted, the person can open the survey with the permissions of the assigned role.Owners and Admins can manage invitations and roles. The Owner cannot be removed or demoted. Removing someone from one survey does not automatically remove them from other surveys.
