Two-factor authentication
Add a second step to your sign-in.
Two-factor authentication adds a code from an authenticator app to your sign-in process. Find it in Account → Security.
Start setup
Choose the enable action and confirm your current password.Add Lensym to your authenticator
Scan the displayed QR code with an authenticator app.Verify the setup
Enter the six-digit code from that app. Setup is complete when Lensym confirms that two-factor authentication is on.Store backup codes safely
Use the backup-code controls to keep a recovery method available if you lose access to the authenticator.Backup codes
Treat backup codes like passwords. Keep them somewhere secure and separate from the device running your authenticator. Regenerating backup codes invalidates the old set immediately.
Disabling two-factor authentication
The disable action asks for your password. Disabling removes the extra sign-in protection; if you are replacing a phone, make sure you have a working recovery method before making changes.
If a current code fails, check your device's time and try a fresh code. Do not send passwords, authenticator QR codes or backup codes to support.
