Promo codes and trials

A promotion may be supplied as a code or as a link that carries the code through registration and plan selection. The offer determines the eligible plan and duration.

Redeem a code

Open Billing and choose Redeem it here beside “Have a promo code?”. Enter the code and review the result before continuing. A promotional registration link can also bring the code into the plan-selection flow automatically.

If a code is rejected, check the spelling, eligibility and expiry. A code may have redemption limits or be intended for a particular audience. Contact the person who supplied it if the terms are unclear.

Check the resulting plan

Return to Billing to see the plan and its status. A trial displays a trial end date; a team-managed plan may show different management options from a paid subscription.
