Copy and paste

⌘C and ⌘V use your system clipboard, so they work between surveys and browser tabs.

Copying a section takes its questions with it. Conditional branches are carried over only when both ends are inside the selection — a branch pointing somewhere you did not copy has nowhere to land.

Copy into another survey

Select the nodes, copy them, open the destination draft and paste. Use the canvas selection rather than highlighted text inside a field when you intend to copy whole questions.

Review the pasted question order, section membership, pipes and conditions. A reference to something outside the copied selection may need attention. Preview the destination before publishing.

Clipboard access can depend on browser permissions. If paste is blocked, check the browser's clipboard prompt and try the normal keyboard shortcut while the canvas is focused.
